In accordance with Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) and French Law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, files and freedoms (Data Protection Law), as amended, personal data concerning you may be collected by EDF:

•By means of our contact forms (email address, free-form text field), and are processed by EDF to respond to your requests (explanations, correction of bugs, exchange of ideas, etc.) and ensure that the site functions correctly.

•Through your browsing on our site (IP address), and are processed by EDF to analyse the uses made by our users according to their geographical areas (city/country).

  • Through our customer areas, if you create one (email address, IP address, free fields, settings and user preferences of subscriptions) and are processed by EDF to ensure the proper functioning of the customer area, to analyze the uses of our users and to allow the exchange between users and site manager.

The legal basis for the processing is EDF's legitimate interest in providing you with a quality opendata service. Your data may be accessible by Opendatasoft, the portal's designer and host. The data collected on the opendata.edf.fr platform is kept for a period of 13 months.

In accordance with the law mentioned above, you have a right of access, objection, rectification and deletion of data concerning you. You also have a right to restrict the processing of your data.
